Barbeque time and time for Home made burgers |

300g Beef Mince
300g Pork Mince
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
3Tbsp. Hot clear stock
1Tbsp. Sweet paprika powder
1 Egg
Tabasco sauce
Salt and Pepper
Sweet Chilli sauce
Barbeque Grill spice mix (or Balkan mix if you can get it)
Maize oil
Put the mince into a bowl. Peel and finely chop the Garlic cloves and the onion. Add this together with the clear stock, the paprika powder, the egg, a couple of drops of Tobasco sauce, and a teaspoonfull of the Sweet Chilli sauce to the bowl. Mix thoroughly and add salt and pepper to taste. Roll thid mixtur out, to about the thickness of a thin sausage, cut into 5cm lengths, brush on oil and then roll in the Barbeque spice mixture. These can be grilled or fried till they're nice and crispy, but not burnt, and served with rice and mixed salad. |
