Lambburger
500g Minced Lamb
100g Cooked Long grain Rice
1 Egg
2 Tbsp of Breadcrumbs
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tsp.Dried Mint
4 Slices of Pineapple (tinned)
Salt and Pepper
Mix together the minced lamb, rice, breeadcrumbs, crushed garlic clove, dried mint, salt and pepper. Form 4 equal sized burgers from this mixture, and grill for 10 minutes each side turning frequently. During the last 5 minutes put the slices of Pineapple onto the grill ( don't forget to turn them too). When cooked , serve the sliced pineapple on top of the burger.
